The paths are narrow and steep, not standard ADA conpliant, but could be navigated with a smaller wheelchair and an able assistant
The path is concrete and asphalt. It can be trespassed with a wheelchair, but not recommended as it has a slight slope. There are also narrorw spots on the path. The abilty and restrictions should be more evaluated by a person in a wheelchair. Hope this helps.
