Why is spay and neutering so expensive ? Especially the low-cost/low budget is way over priced. Maybe this is the reason why of accidental litters and strays. 🤔

Pricing is usually based on skill of work amount of work and time to complete. The animal shelter doesn't make huge amounts of money and generally breaks even
