all adoption fees are waived thru jan 31 @ stockton shelter..locally this is the best maintained shelter w/ a great staff
Some times they waive fees
My experience was different but their fee is lower than Tracy (outrageous) and Manteca
There is no fee at this one facility. And it is large with many dogs to choose from
