I was contacted within a couple hours of my doctors order being faxed over which was very nice. I was able to order my machine and supplies the same day but it’s been about a week since it’s been ordered and paid for and I just received an email that my machine is going to be delayed significantly. Which could mean weeks, months or even a year? I wish I would have known they had a shortage because I would have tried with another company.

They did better are I ordered my CPAP finally, I am waiting for this to come and if it works I will give them 5 stars. Guess what it never worked and I wish I never went to this place. They sent me s faulty system. I never to use it because they wanted me to pay more money on top Of what I paid. Then every time you call you have to explain the situation over again. Then someone else get on the phone and then you do it again. I cannot believe how bad customer service is after Covid 19. People stopped being nice. It is horrible.

I'm not happy that I have to give a "star" because this place in Stockton, CA is a joke. I've dealt with them several times over the years. Every time they call they don't have the right information, they never seem to know what the doctor has ordered, then I have to tell them, then they tell me I have to call customer service, then customer service tells me they will have Stockton call me, they never call back. I'm dizzy from going in circles. I called a few months back to have someone come out to service my Mom's Hoyer lift (bolts and nuts were loose and so on). The technician shows up without any tools. I have to loan him our tools. Like I said it's a joke! Today I get a call from Apria and the phone calls drops. The guy didn't bother to call me back. I have to call Customer service and tell them what had happened and that the guy never bothered to called back. Customer Service tried to help me because I told them what the call was about, but she couldn't answer my question, so said she'd have Stockton call. No call from Stockton, so I attempt to call. I get through all the prompts to the department I need and I'm on hold. Ten minutes later I get hung up on! I called back three times and same thing. I call back a fourth time and try to reach another department and same thing, get hung up on. I'm DONE, going to research online to buy a Hoyer LIft out-right and PAY for it! Probably get better service!

This company is a nightmare. They have never billed my insurance for six months. I have called to explain what they need to do and who to fax bills too. Was on phone two hours and they kept sending me to different departments. That was a month ago. Then they bill me for almost $700 and overdrew my debit account. Was on the phone for almost two hours again. Everything I went thru last month was never done. It’s like no one does their job. Was transferred 5 different times again. Was another nightmare to go thru. I would advise for anyone to never go thru this company. I would return my machine if I could! First time I have ever done a review and I wouldn’t even give them one star, but I don’t know how to delete it!
