We constantly have technical issues with hours because no one communicates well with VMRC. I’m constantly stepping in to fix it. The company doesn’t care about the families or providers. I’ve been lied to by supervisors many times. You pay my “all star employee” the same as everyone else when VMRC gives her over $5 more per hour to do the same job as my daughter’s PA. I’ve been ghosted by staff when I have an urgent issue. It took two months to get a new provider when I had to fire a provider for being drunk. I could go on!

I have asked for a 2nd provider for over a year now but they still have not found one. When the hours are not updated, PHC always waits till last minute to let us know to contact VMRC
