Had an absolutely wonderful experience with an employee named Ashley in the Stockton store! She was knowledgeable and seemed more than willing to assist me with the issues I am having regarding my recent purchase and made me feel reassured that there will be a resolution with the problem I am having with my purchase. The online service center however was absolutly horrible with even helping me find my recent order as well as guiding me on how to resolve the problem.

This was by far one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with the delivery. The store will tell you upfront if you have a bad experience it’s not our fault. They know. Had a bunkbed put together by the installers and they blew out pretty much every board. Took six months to get replacement parts. This Company should learn to use different installers.

Ashley and Aaron went over, above, and beyond to help me with breaking down my desk so that I could move it and reassemble it when I got home. My experience couldn’t have been better! Thank you so much! Your kindness is unmatched!! What great employees Ashley Furniture has in these two people! Word of mouth goes a long way, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy furniture. 😉
