2 years ago I originally wrote "Nice local bar filled with good people" 2 years later I enjoy this bar a lot. They have a new owner that is great. The food is really good especially the Yucatan items. The bartenders are all great and friendly. It is my go to bar in the Lower Haight. It is August 2022. I am one of the Bartenders at Nickie's... Come on in and enjoy some of that great food I spoke of earlier and have a drink with me.
