Two pairs of shoes both on clearance, same style,different colors, same original price. One(pristine condition) was on clearance for $15 off, the other (obvious dirt accumulation on the bottom) for .02¢ off. When I asked if this was a mistake, I was looked at as if I was crazy. Decided to replace the second pair with another one of the same style with a third color option for ($15 off) Need to work on their customer service, and catalog accuracy

When I entered the store, I was greeted with warm greetings from the cashiers. Even though there were lots of shoes, I was unable to find military/combat boots. While leaving, I was greeted with warm farewell. Famous footwear has great customer service and they’ll try their best to help you look for what you need. :)

I’ve been going to this store for years. I’m always treated nice and respectfully, I’m a shopper who likes to be left alone to look around and find what I want and they always respect that. They have a large selection of shoes and sandals for men at reasonable prices. I’m part of the rewards programs do they always make sure I get all the coupons and reward offers to save me the most amount of money and keep me coming back.
