We had a gift card also and what we had to do was make the payment with a credit card and then call them afterward and give them the gift card number and they will refund the credit card. Bon Appetit.
No place to put in a gift card which is really annoying and badly planned as it is a worry if you put in your cc # you don’t know if they will give you credit as it says it’s not refundable; after calling and through numerous busy signals my husband was able to make a reservation; after that smooth sailing. But the initial step was stressful. And it should not be.
Pat has the correct solution, book with a credit card to hold your place, then give them a call. They will call back.
I confirmed that there is no way to enter a gift card in the online reservation system. You should call the restaurant. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.
I'd recommend calling up the restaurant. They're very helpful almost every time ive called them.
