For a mobile home park this is as good as it gets. Larger and mostly newer units, pleasant park area. The community club house is convenient for gatherings. The units have paths behind them, and a little bit of garden and patio area.

Yes, but there is a size limit on dogs. They must be on a leash and you must clean up after them.
