Upcoming horror movie Winchester: The House That Ghosts Built. The film, set for a February 2018 release, was shot partly in the real Winchester House in San Jose and stars Academy Award-winner Helen Mirren as Sarah Winchester, widow of millionaire gun manufacturer William Winchester.

The movie is mostly fiction but the foundation of the storyline is true.
You can research about it, this is what the guide has told the visitors in the mansion, the movie was exagerated already and focus more on the ghost story, Sarah Winchester's story is more interesting than the ghost paranormal, the house was completely designed by her and never stop building it in a weird way, the movie might be interesting to watch as it was filmed in the mansion.
They do have a DVD regarding the history of the Winchester Mystery House available in the gift shop. But there also is a movie on the big screen coming out. I don't remember when it is going to be released.
