No one is hunting this house. It's out in the open and no one had tried to hunt it. If you mean haunted, it's not that either.

No, although they will use extra stories like haunting to get you to spend more money. One of the gardeners is supposably haunting the basement which is an extra 20 to $30 to Explore as it's not included with the house tour.
