Where do I park if I want to go to Japanese Friendship Garden? Thank you.

They have a parking place of their own right outside. I think it's free parking there.

There are multiple parking lots around Kelley Park, the parking machines are $6 to $10 and you get a stub to put on your dash.

The parking lot is next to the garden. I was there a week ago and the machine to pay was broken; so free parking.

I went in May and I paid to park. It might have been because it was the weekend. Parking was fairly cheap. $3 or $4 dollars.
