They have really a large variety of duct tape. Any color any pattern. They also carry a lot of different type of glue. Micheals is a craft store, you can get all the material you need to make your own tent let alone repairing it, you just need a little imagination and lots of craft skills. :)
I doubt it. I haven't seen anything along those lines there. However, you can probably find glue, material, and waterproofing coatings there. So if you know what you're doing or are willing to figure it out, Michael's could probably help.
