Outdated and inconvenient. Basic returns become a hassle. Cell reception is not good in the area, so you're kind of at their mercy if you need to do anything that would require accessing data on your cell phone. Screenshot your return codes before arriving or you'll pay to be treated like you're in the 1990's. $3 for 1 black/white printout or use of their old computers. Staff is nice enough it's just kind of an unpleasant experience if you're trying to cross off items on your to-do list.

They don’t accept orders via email (every other location in Texas, Oregon and Pensilvania that I’ve worked with do it this way. Which is helpful when you have complicated posters to print). And when I confirmed with the staff via phone that I needed to pick my stuff up by 3pm in order to catch a flight, I arrive and there’s a sign on the door to come back at 4:15pm. Prayers they’re open in an hour because I’ll be en route to the airport with my Uber.

Friday at 11am shift(12/3/2021) workers( 2 ladies) are awful and very rude to customers. I visited here several times before but I've never had this bad services with other workers. But today, those two staffs didn't even put their name tags, so I don't know their specific names to complain, but I am sure I had the worst experience at this Fedex location.
