Took the train from SF to Sacramento. SO much better than driving! And now with gas prices, probably cheaper. Great scenic view, bar car, nice staff, great trip!

This is a great little train station, small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to hold the thru traffic of travelers. All of the staff were helpful and kind.

The Emeryville station is very friendly and easy-to-use and traveling. Is close to restaurants despite the bad rap Oakland city has we felt safe here.

Amtrak needs help. Too expensive, dropped off in the wrong area of town over 6 hours late with no help from staff. I had to walk miles late at night in a rough area of town. Scenery was great on train.
