I wish I could give zero stars to this store. I ordered curtains for pick up at this location, and I was notified that my package was delivered to the store after a couple of days. Nearly two weeks later and after many calls to the store, I was unable to pick up my order with no explanation. Every time I called this store or reached out to a customer service representative I was told to wait until tomorrow to receive an email or call to pick up my order. The store provided no details at all as to why I could not pick up my order even though it was just sitting at the store for 2 WEEKS. Eventually I just had to cancel my order and get my money refunded because obviously they had no intention on ever giving me my product. I will never shop here at this store again as they have no respect for their customers and will not help you when you need it.

Rented a carpet cleaner and found out it didn’t work once I got home. Returned the carpet cleaner and swapped it with another one because the first not only didn’t clean the carpet but the power button started hanging off. Got the second carpet cleaner and it did the exact same thing: all it did was turn on and did not clean our carpet. After almost 3 days of back and forth I ended up just getting a refund. Y’all need to make sure that you’re servicing these tool rentals instead of just letting them sit for weeks and then checking them out to customers. Customer service in general at this store needs to be improved. There’s no sense of urgency, the only rep that was helpful was the woman who initially helped me with my first carpet cleaner. I won’t be renting anything from this store again, waste of time and money.

It's a Home Depot. They have most of the items you want. It is hard to find good customer service, however I find that most Home Depots have issues with customer service. Very hard to find someone walking around that is willing to offer help.

Firstly, with Home Depot being one of the top corporate supporters to give towards overturning the 2020 election, I make it a point to not go there. The only reason I went today is because they were the only near location for the thing I needed. The one star that I am leaving is in support of the woman who checked us out, she was lovely. This place feels like a very stressful and challenging place to work. I plan to never go here again.

Wear a mask, keep your distance, and there are sanitizers kept at the entrances.
Go and ply for job, never know!
Go to the store you want to check, go to an employee and ask.
No
Not bad
Christmas trees this yearTo be honest they are kind of high everywhere
No you have to go inside to the desk
I think you have to go their order pickup desk inside to pick up orders from website that are delivered at store.
No. Well, they get moved to front.. at least when I was there. So, there was a short wait..
Free as in free no money Nothing is free
I don't work there so cannot give a relevant answer. I truly wish you luck being in the job hunt myself. Cheers, J
I have no idea, you can call are go inside and check.
Swab in the mouth test.
I don't know what that is but I don't recall any pizza related items at this store.
Go to the Millworks department, they can Special Order them for you.
Contact your local Home Depot, ask if they have a Tool Rental department. If not, ask if they can arrange to get you the tool you need to rent.
I think they have associate handymen that would dio the measurements, ordering, and installation for you.
Contact your local Home Depot, and ask for the Pro Fulfillment (Delivery) department. They will help determine the best truck needed for delivery of your order.
Contact your local Home Depot, ask for the Lumber department. Important note: when you cut pressure treated lumber, you *MUST* reseal the cut sides with "Copper Green Wood Preservative." Work outside and apply Three coats, allowing time for the preservative to soak into the wood between applications. Without resealing pressure treated lumber, you likely will need to redo your project sooner than later.
