Well I haven't been to AMC theaters in years so I felt like it was my first time going. I was unfamiliar with the parking so a young staff member help me find my way to the theater. I appreciated that very much. I bought good seats, I went to see Jurassic World Last Dominion, felt like I was right there with the dinosaurs. It was a good experience, little pricey for senior citizen, so it'll be a while before I go back๐

Every other movie theater I've been to recently, I can show up pretty much at movie time, and still have popcorn and a drink and still see most of the trailers. Now, they have allowed utter greed and sloth to overtake everything else. The concessions line is *insanely* slow. We got in line nearly 15 minutes before showtime. There are 6 lanes, but only two are open: One for "deluxe" members (not even Stub Club - paying for their club isn't even good enough to get you into the "good" line, you have to be one of the two higher tiers) and one for everyone else. I'm guessing they have either told the person running the regular line to work extra slow to encourage people to pay for one of the higher tiers, or else they just don't encourage them to be quick or efficient in any way. I was there with a former employee and she wanted to just jump the counter and serve everyone herself just so we could get to our movie. The one employee in charge of serving the "standard" line could not possibly care less that there were people who wanted to see their movie. She moved like she was mostly asleep. Finally another woman opened another lane... and she took people from the "upper tier" line, even though the regular line was about 4 times longer. We got in line more than 10 minutes before the start of our movie and we missed *all* of the previews and the beginning of the movie just for a bucket of popcorn and a drink. Oh, and about 1/4 of the menu was "sold out" so even if I had wanted nachos, etc., I couldn't get them anyway. I'll definitely not be coming back to this theater anytime soon. They should have refunded our tickets. Worst service I've seen in a movie theater in many, many years.

Nice movie theater. Great food. Excellent customer service skills. There is an employee by the name of Immanuel who works at this theater he was great. He seemed to actually care about us customers which some company's lack(Their were more employees with great customer service skills but that guy was the main one that stood out. Cleaning can be better, seats were stained. Pricing is of course expensive. Overall I had a great experience! I will definitely be back!!

Just my opinion. ๐ Think when anyone goes to a show or any type of intertainment they should atleast give you a discount on parking..that goes for everywhere you buy things or work in or near Any business or facility.. double dippin usually always catches up in the end when all table's turn ๐ค

Yes they do have to check listings for times
It's like the screens at most of the theaters. Pluse there is a place in the theater where you can get drunk before the show ? The last few times we have been there we have encountered maney arguments" because"of the Alcohol that that sorry theater allows to be sold there . Me my Beautiful loving wife and children have been harassed by the drunks that now flow into that theater just for the simple reason of the "Alcohol" and the denial that that theater has to do anything about that problems that contenusley assert themselves through there drunkenness , and the theater will do nothing absolutely nothing in order to protect you in case anything should occur and you or your wife or children are hurt during one of these theater brawls. They refuse to call the police for any reason because of the fact that they are now allowing alcohol to be sold there and are afraid they may lose there business license? Please be careful when you attend that theater. Yours Truly Michael S. Burkhart ๐บ๐ธ
Call them to find out at what times.

There is an elevator to the theater entrance from the parking levels and accessible seating once inside. For added convenience there is a ticket kiosk right outside the main doors.

4DX is the ultimate experience involving motion chairs and specials effects like wind and rain. AMC does not have 4Dx theaters. They do D-Box technology instead. The one in California is near Los Angeles, AMC Thousand Oaks 14. See here: https://www.amctheatres.com/dbox Regal is doing 4Dx theaters. The closest California one is Sacramento, Regal Natomas Marketplace. See here: https://www.regmovies.com/static/en/us/theatre-list
Yes, but there are convenient ways to pay online, i.e.: Fandango, AMC also has a free subscription plan or the yearly plan which is damn cheap, $15 a year, you get points towards future movies, perks on concessions, upgrades. I use and saved lots of money...Enjoy the movie.
"For tickets or food and beverage items purchased on our website or mobile app, you can receive a refund before the printed showtime. You can request this refundย online, through the Tickets section on your AMC Stubs account or your confirmation email. Convenience fees cannot be refunded. For tickets or food and beverage items purchased at one of our theatres, you will need to visit the location prior to the printed showtime." https://www.amctheatres.com/faqs/tickets-and-passes/ticketing/can-i-refund-my-tickets

Usually with Japanese films they'll have both options. Online under the title it would display whether it's dubbed or subbed. In the case of this movie at this date it's just subbed.
Hi Lauri, it depends if you have a purple free ticket there is no additional fee. If your free ticket isn't free you will only a up to $5 additional

The Dawn Wall. You should be able to get a ticket. You should Google their showtimes in SF to see which theaters are screening the film
Descriptive Video Service, key visual elements are described on an audio track intended for people who cannot get that information by looking at the screen. If you have xfinity or Netflix you can try it as both carry some DVS content.
You can get the showtimes for many days in advance using the Flixster app.
Yes they do now. In a super loud wonderful Dolby theater.
Depends on the format.... look on their website
Not that I've noticed. My mom and I both carry pretty big purses - hers is gigantic! - and no one has ever asked to check them.

Check the times and theater you want to go.
