I hesitate to recommend this place because I don't want anyone else to find it. What's not to love? Heated outdoor lap pool. Well maintained equipment. Very clean locker rooms/showers. Friendly staff. Great discounts if you're an Oakland resident and over 50. If you're looking for a great gym at a reasonable price, try this place out.

Great place if you don’t want to trash your money in expensive and fancy sport facilities. Obviously don’t expect something fancy. it's a fair price for what you get :)

First time visit for me with first time swimmers. Teachers and staff are professional and courteous! Really pleasant day!
