Not sure if you have to have an appointment but I would suggest that maybe you do but call them very early in the morning like night start calling them about 5 minutes to 9:00 Pacific standard Time or you can just go in but it is better if you do go very early I had only took me about 40 minutes and you do have to wear a mask and wait outside until they call you to come in
Yes walk in only, they don’t do appointments over the phone (its very hard to get ahold of anyone to be honest). If you walk in during day, wait time 1-2hrs (lady told me over the phone), but if you go very early morning as soon as they open, like I did, will take you 20min or so (depending on what you need to be done).
