Dr. John was very friendly and took the time to explain in detail what he would be doing and how he thought I would benefit from chiropractor services with all of my health issues along with my back and neck pain. He did adjust me somewhat, I was in a lot of pain, so he couldn't do much. He told me he could offer me a special to receive 8 treatments rather then 4 treatments in one month for the same price of $79 and I needed to pay the $29 for initial first today. My total would be $108 that I needed to pay upfront. I did not know however that I had to have a two month contract until receptionist, Vanessa, explained that to me. Which she said I would need to pay $79 following month for 4 visits and I could cancel after that. I just thought I hope this wasn't a gimmick after I got home and read the small print. And listened to another patient who wanted to cancel his service for a month because he was going out of town for that period of time. They denied his request and would not see him for an adjustment since his membership was due today. He was upset and said he thought he had one more treatment. They told him if he wanted to cancel his services he needed to do that 2 days prior to when his dues were owed and he would be charged automatically. WOW, so he will be charged for services he won't receive since he will be gone for a month. This worries me.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
