There are specific hours that you can visit to drop off paperwork via the security guard and the drop box that's inside the office. Their website is not clear, or easy to find the info. And their phone number maze is a mess. Good luck!
Only open for drop off between 1230 and 230 security officer came out to say you could not droup anything into the box till 1230?. Even though they were there.
No, there is only a drop dox of you need example a replacement social security card. Which they only ope from 8am to 12noon monday-friday
No. I was there yesterday. No face to face appt. They have a phone number on the front to call an 866 number. The secuirty guard did open the door for a man to drop papers off, but said they were closed for indoor services.
