Yes it is. Our 5 year old twin granddaughters love it.
My 2 year old daughter loves it.
There's all ways something fun for toddler.
The toddler area is good for them....also the dino dig area. The rest is usually busy with older kids.
Only if their are no schools. The children were very rude n no respect
