Horrible customer service, power has been out for over 16 hours and no way to actually get a hold of an actual person via telephone. Workers are outside just laying on the grass and standing around instead of fixing anything.

Worst customer service ever. They dont answer the phone I have tried now on 10 different days and waited on hold for 45 minutes each time with no answer. They have double billed me now four times on previous Bill's and now this current one, all of which have already been paid, checks cashed. They care nothing about their customers. If I had a choice to choose my utility company it wouldn't be them.

This location is not open to the public. Nothing but praise for this company. Seeing the dedication and hard work that these employees extrude is a testament to the companies longevity and success. Of course there will be outages, that is normal, but watching them work to get us back up shows that they really care about their customers and the community.

The most incompetent company in SoCal. They keep messing my account, spend hours on phone being verified only for their representatives not be able to give me my account information?? Why the hell do they not give a choice on provider??? 4 years with SDGE I’ve never had a single issue. 2 months with SCE and they’ve changed my accounts twice without my authorization and refuse to assist. Absolutely useless! 6 representatives. All this to try to view and pay my bill online. What a joke! Who do you have to sue to change providers? Disgusted by this company.
