Was bad!!!!! Waiting in pro desk for 15 min or more, at 3.30 no body was there!!! After that others cashiers they didn't know how to use the program for contractors!!!! One men trying to use many excuses, but I'm using pro desk for years they did my purchase like regular i didn't get any discount. He toll me return and let's check it again. I hope the manager get this because it was bad experience!!!!

Horrible rental experience - rented a carpet cleaner and it was dirty with some liquid inside when i got it, and the guy who works at the counter didn’t say anything about return with clean condition but when I was returning it(same condition as I got it) he said it’s dirty so there’s a cleaning fee of $25 charge. Woah Home depot, you can def do better than rip your customer off. Worst Home Depot ever, better off going to lowes or PetSmart for this rental.

Terrible as ever. Only go when I must. The help doesn't have a clue. Now it's almost all self checkout. They could care less about the customer. Even their phone credit card swipes only work for their own credit card.

Went to this home depot outlet this Halloween, i was surprised to see the large collection they had for Halloween stuff, not just that, it was very cheap and affordable. I bought a dinosaur skeleton for my home decoration. Although i understand the halloween season is very hectic and it's not possible to meet every expectation from every customer, but they could at the very least listen. The people working there seemed more annoyed, i wouldn't say they were rude, because they answered what was asked but i don't know they seemed off somehow.

Pastor, I completely understand your complaint, and being a former associate of Home Depot, Management is well aware of the problem. I have found that when I'm in one of their stores and I'm not able to obtain assistance from a on the floor associate. I will go to the Customer Service Desk, where returns and credits are handled and ask to speak with the "MOD" Manager on Duty.
