You could bike up to grassy park area. But that is aboutbit.
You could probably bike down the main path, and do not go on any actual trails. Just bike all the way down the wide dirt asphalt/dirt road until you feel like you can't go any further. It does start to get rocky and steep very fast once you go up an actual trail through the mountain.
You can bike here, but the main trail is a rough, steep, occasionally very rocky path with small boulders and sharp drop offs. I would only recommend that experienced mountain bikers attempt this path. There are also tons of hikers and joggers on this trail. Nearby Whitney Canyon is a better bike friendly path for families, but is also mountain biking with some steep spots. It doesn't have the boulders or drop offs.
It's not perfect for biking.
