R&S Automotive is a community establishment that has an environment similar to most dealership’s service departments except R&S has no hidden agenda to up-sell services that are not really needed. They have a friendly, welcoming and clean environment. There is a clean and quiet waiting room with a snack concession machine, water, coffee with a clean and a easily accessible restroom. They even have a shuttle service if needed. R&S has even advised when the vehicles issue is under the warranty or recall bulletin to actually take it to the dealership hence saving me unnecessary costs. When my driving age daughters owned their own vehicles I advised them to keep the maintenance up on their vehicles and sent them to R&S as it’s my trusted go-to shop knowing that they would be safe, comfortable and not intimidated or talked down too with condescension. Let me end this review to give a personal *thank you* to the professionalism of Eddie, Mario and all the unknown mechanics & technicians that have kept my entire families vehicles in tiptop shape.
