Terrible Service - Michelle is too stupid to realize she is loosing customers. I have been using the facility since 2011 - long before she was there - and paying every month like clock work - now she decides NOT to accept a valid form of payment (I have been making since I started). Totally ridicules. Interesting that when I talk to the Manager, he accepted payment just fine as was always the case. 1 Star ONLY because I couldn't post without it. They (because they actually have that nasty, liar answering phones and talking to customers) do not deserve a single star.

They bill you for one price then tell you if you don't give them $4 more they are going to charge you a $20 late fee. Even when you have the invoice in hand. Scam artists! Do not rent from this place!!

Open hole to the public, broken fence, lights always going out, dirty, no trash, no bathrooms after 5 pm, bad customer service, not safe and expensive. When you ask for something they compare themselves to public storage and say they don't do that so we will not. Horrible access hours and the won't fix anything or listen to customers. I have been there for 2 years and can't wait to take my stuff and leave. Not recommended.
