Great spot to hike, mountain bike, trail run or just go for a walk. There are a few spots with shade, but overall it's pretty hot and I would avoid being here in the mid summer unless you start pretty early. 😅

Love love this place never disappoints. This is where I always enter from. These pics are from the East canyon off the old road. The parking here is prepaid $ 5.00 East Canyon. I went further this time and it was all up hill but worth it. Not for children. Bring plenty of water. Nice bike trails beautiful views. Im wearing boots next time. Sneakers are fine for a walk. East Canyon Side. Its like 2 blocks up from Towsley Canyon Park On the right side.

Absolutely beautiful views! Rode a mountain bike, trails were definitely more on the advanced side. Thin trails with switchbacks, big drops Right next to you and steep. Better for hiking

Awesome place for hiking and getting a nice view of the city. Pretty dry this time of year, but still nice. The trails were very clear and easy to follow. Trail difficulties varied. Our only issue was some tar we saw, and we ended up sliding in it passing through the trail. Just watch for muddy spots because it may be sticky tar.
