You can either park on the street, near the houses up top, or if you drive further down the rd there is a lane that goes down to a parking area that has direct access to the beach, bbq area, playground, as well as restrooms.
Park on the street as close as you can where Poppy Ave meets Ocean Ave. Then walk down the trail in the corner. If you want to see the tide pools time your visit at low tide. It's beautiful.
