Too many homeless camping in the premises

The shaded area is the only cool here.The bathrooms are unsanitary and poorly managed. That makes me think they don't care about the people taking public transportation.

You should be able to park it in that parking lot at the bus depot. That would be the free way. Otherwise it costs money anywhere up and down PCh
