Free parking, no admission and you can bring picnic stuff... have fun
Is a bit of a long walk to go down to the pools but is so worth it beautiful views take an umbrella and a towel and yes you can have a picnic make sure you have apropied shoes or sandals the rocks are very sleepery if you actually going to explore in the tide pools..
You wanna get there early and also pack light. Its a small beach so when the tides come in, you will probably have to move for a bit
