Nice store with good selection. We try to shop local to support community stores, so bought a grill from Ace and had it delivered curbside. The store and driver gave conflicting information about whether they would help move the grill into my yard (to get it out of the street, if nothing else). I offered to pay whatever fee they wanted, to no avail. The end result is I had to wrangle a grill by myself down a short flight of stairs just to keep the road clear and still have no clue whether there is a policy or the people I speak to just say whatever is convenient. The miscommunication and lack of service made one thing clear; next time I’ll just buy from Amazon and not have to deal with these issues.
