TIME SHRED IS A LIFESAVER!! I work with a NYC School and we had 15 years of old files that were occupying so much space. Within one phone call I had 15 96 Gallon Bins brought right to the closet. They had extreme patience while I sorted out my files and they were immediately available to come and shred curbside. Not only did I need another 10 bins for more files their customer support team said we will be back on Tuesday!! I can not thank them enough. The support I received was unquestionably the best service I have received from a company in a long time!! God Bless Timeshred!!

Easy to schedule and kept in touch with me. I called after 8:30 am to get a more precise window and was called by driver, letting me know he would be here in half hour. He was true to his word. Fast and easy he emptied the boxes into the 96 gallon bin and hooked it up to truck and shredding done. Very efficient. This is the second time I used Time Shred. I highly recommend them.
