Its not a 3 hours hike. There's diffwrent trails. There's a shorter one that takes 45 minutes up to 1 hour. If you wanna do the long one, you can take the short hike after get to the potato chip, so you can request a uber at the 67 freeway. The short hike starts at the 67 freeway, close to the CAL FIRE Ramona fire station. But I must advise you that I dont believe you could get an uber from there, because it's a place far from everything. Ive droped off someone there some day, so Ive got a request close by and the passanger told me that she would drive to Poway to get a Lyft/Uber there but she checked out the app before leave the house and I was just 13 minutes away. I would rent a car for a day. Try the company called Dirt Cheap in Point Loma, close to the airport and train station. They have a very low price for simple cars year 2008. No credit card needed. I just checked on my lyft and uber apps now and there's drivers 15 minutes away. But im not sure about availability.
Yes, an uber can take you to the lot and another uber can pick you up after your hike.
It's a bit outside of San Diego, enough so that if you requested an Uber to leave, I don't think there would be one available in the area. If you.do take an Uber there, I would have a backup plan just in case you can't get a ride back.
Yep might be pricey
I confused the question. If I Uber there and hike, do you think an Uber would come to take me home? I am from Oregon and don't know the Uber availability.
No. It's a minimum 3 hours round trip hike.
