Monthly fees are over $1000. The purchase price eventually gets paid off. Tax increases are limited by prop 13. Monthly fees never go away. Therefore this isn't the place you want to buy into when you're young and expect to retire in. A traditional house is better in the long run.

Worked a job here not too long ago. Homes are inexpensive, but the HOA seemed high. Anyways, they have good water!

Maybe you can get in contact with the office
It is around 1015 per month and every January they adjust it roughly 3 percent. Folks that have been here for some time, pay much less than that.
