There is a lot directly across the street that has a daily limit. Everything else in the area is metered, I believe.

Yes there is there is also a parking lot that it is free.

There is a paid parking garage across the street from the museum. There are also private parking lots around the area.

I went when Thor came out and the parking across the front was flooded and construction was going on. A vivid memory because my new Note 8 fell into the puddle. Just go to the garage on the south side of the building.
