I can’t recommend this company enough! My boyfriend and I booked a double kayak with them so we could go down the canal and fish. The set up is amazing, they have everything ready and drop you off and pick you up. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. While my boyfriend and I were fishing my boyfriend got stung by a catfish and the company was very helpful and quick getting to us. They went above and beyond for us! The injury wasn’t involving them at all but they took us back straight to our car, brought the forms out to us, brought us a first aid kit, and called the next day just to check up on him. They’ll definitely be seeing us again, though maybe not for a kayak fishing trip lmao

What an amazing spirits Sandra and the crew went out of their way to make sure it keep proceeds fears and concerns were addressed. We came with a party of seven and a few of us were apprehensive at first but within two minutes we’re all comfortable and ready to go. My kid said it was the best trip of her life. You will definitely be coming back in the new future. Even the small little touch of giving each participant and power of order to take with them on the road listen amazing and thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable

Honestly, when I first walked in, I was a little nervous for the simple fact that other places nearby have the same services and have mixed reviews with their services. Our original plan was to take four moped scooters out for 2 hours; we did the checklist and practice run and decided this wasn’t the right decision as it was challenging to control a little, and we didn't want to risk the scooter or ourselves. The team was flexible and understanding with refunding the total amount; due to the team's understanding, we decided to rent out a street legal golf cart with them; the cart only had 1 hour of charge, which was enough for us anyway tbh. We took the golf cart along the beach, which was nice view. The team took pictures before departure, and they were so friendly and helpful with everything from start to finish. Due to their friendliness and helpfulness, we decided to rent out jet skis for the following day. The jet skis weren’t ready for the time scheduled, but the team communicated that and ensured we were okay while we waited. They provided us a tour guy for that hour during the jet skis who took videos and photos while we were out there. The tour guy was great, very patient, and made sure we didn’t fall behind with the group. Also, we were out there for more then a hour, which It was a plus. Also, the deposit was only to be paid in cash which, in my opinion, is a plus for the simple fact that you get the deposit right after the services. With all that being said, I would highly HIGHLY recommend their services!!
