Definitely the girls working there are the best! I came in to return shoes i had bought online in another Vans store, and they were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. I don't live around Fort Lauderdale but I'd definitely come back here if I wanted to get other Vans products. I wish i had got their names to personalize this review for them, thank you!! I also work on customer service and having someone on the other end with a customer service attitude makes a huge difference. Thank you again! Highly recommend this store, we all know the quality of Vans items, but the customer service here from the 2 ladies/girls working there was seriously the best!!

Great friendly staff here! Even though it was a slow night when we came in the staff was super pumped an excited to help us - how refreshing! Talked to the manager and we could tell that her energy definitely trickled down to everyone else. Great experience!
