I have to say that I have not had a great customer service experience in a very long time and Lucky Pawn was a perfect experience to say the least! The knowledgeable, yet honest, staff made me feel Welcome and at ease. I trust their prices and I love how professional yet fair (I waited a longer than normal time one night when the manager was dealing with a difficult customer) but the fact that she acknowledged me and said “hello” right when I walked in, makes a huge difference in terms of customer service and their viewpoint. I have been dealing Lucky pawn for years. On Davie Blvd we have at least 4 pawn shops, I’ve done business at all but when I started with lucky it was a wrap. The professionalism and customer service is how you would like any business to carry themselves! The selection of items as well is vast.
