I have been going to this store for over 2 yrs now never had a issue until today I had purchased a rifle for my son for Christmas well my son can’t pull back the spring on the rifle nothing wrong with the rifle it’s just to much for my son went to the store to exchange and I was told all sales are final now looking at my receipt it does not mention that all sales are final but it does mention exchange only on some items so the kids behind the counter says sorry nothing we can do because theirs nothing wrong with the rifle (wait what?) making no sense I asked him so I paid over $200 for junk his answer was yes…and was told to visit the Nashua store instead and all I wanted was a exchange to make my son happy… smh

This place is a 10/10 I was getting into Airsoft and a employee helped me pic out the different rifles and showed me the different type of stuff. Great selection of gear and such, and really good customer service!

They have some. Most are replica pieces. Only the US military service officrs can replace the actual medals

No, unfortunatly we are not able to stock them due to the bylaws of Salem, NH. They are legal in New Hampshire just not legal to sell them in the town of Salem
