My experience was smooth like butter. Classic Pawn & Jewelry is a pretty big stand alone building with its own parking lot. You can't miss it. Upon arrival, you have to ring the doorbell for them to let you in. George and Eric helped me out with my Sonos Beam. I got a great deal for a Sonos speaker that was brand new in box. I set it up immediately and it is PERFECT! These guys are super cool. They helped me out with what I needed, plus we had a great conversation about dogs. Gotta love it. Thanks guys!
