So did they have it there yesterday or not ? They usually do ... we went in the neighborhoods where people were sitting outside there houses with candy and got too much candy, they sarted pretty early too ... the later ot got they more people ran out of candy and went in... lmk cuz I will leave earlier next year and try the village out!!

Even in this Particular Times. Yes. Trick-or-treaters were Welcomed, looking forward to next year as well. Traditional celebrations can not be disappointed, just had to following health & safety guidelines.
