If I could give no starts I definitely would. Do not go here for any health concerns. Went to urgent care 2 times for my health concerns, was rudely spoken to, and turned down from being helped from the nurses. I finally made appointments with my primary care doctor to see if they would help with my health issues. Was not taken seriously by them. After visiting the hospital 3 separate times I was finally given a diagnosis, thought I would finally be helped since we now knew there was something wrong. Not to mention in the midst of all of this I had a nurse blatantly lie to my doctor. I was running late for an appointment I called the office to let them know I’d be about 5 minutes late and they said that is was no problem. I arrived and went to my assigned room to wait for my doctor. The nurse arrived and said my doctor couldn’t see me because I was too late. Which confused me because I called to let them know and was told it was fine. I then rescheduled my appointment, and when I returned a few weeks later my doctor was so confused and why I returned to talk about my health concerns because the nurse told her I left that day because I was feeling better. After I told her what really happened she was appalled and gave me paperwork to file a complaint. This hospital has employees that should not be working in costumer services let alone a hospital. This has been the worse hospital experience. I am 2 years into my diagnosis and this hospital is so lazy and unprofessional that I am still not being helped with solutions to help my Illness. Please do not come here fir medical attention.

Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews. They are most likely biased without objectivity by persons associated with the hospital. There should be an investigative reporter doing uncover here. The hospital and emergency department is a business, meaning they exist for the sole purpose to make money. Catastrophic lack of quality nurses, physicians, and diagnostic testing. More like a third world hospital. Most are assistants or are just there for a paycheck and nothing else. They really don't care much beyond that. The standard protocol is to redirect you to outpatient services because they do not have legitimate resources, so they can bill you more. Imagine having a stroke or a heart attack and being told you're breathing, you can move, so you're fine, we can't do any tests because we're short staff or have no mris available. This is how they 'triage' you, through scripted policies. Great example of why the health care system ranks so so so low compared to other nations in the world. To be fair, they are a business. So they are there to be bureaucratic and profit as much as possible. The procedures and services, or lack thereof, are for profit. Perhaps they are collectively demoralized due to this fact. If health is important and you have an emergency, avoid this place at all cost. If you have read this review, you may have saved your own life.

Have this note pinned to my undies: "If found unconscious, please take me to Eden Medical Center" This is a great hospital. The SO and myself have been here for a couple of operations, ER visits and transfusions over the years.

My wife and I had our delivery at Eden Medical Center, and our experience was incredible. The doctors, nurses, and staff were so kind and helpful. Giving them 5 stars honestly doesn't feel like enough! Thank you to everyone in the L&D department, we can't appreciate you enough!

Does eden medical center have a volunteer list
I like this hospital i really think it is a lot to do with the pandemic. They have to work extra hard.
They do chemo there and have an outpatient where they can do chemo
There are medical offices attached to the hospital (right side) Where they have an urgent care in the 1st floor, they are open 8-5.
Not for public/visitors
I'm sure you can contact them for that information

Yes, only in the intensive care area is it a bit restricted
the visits start from 11 in the morning until 9 at night, but from 7 in the evening to 8 at night there is a change in the nurses' schedule, so you have to leave for that time and then return for an hour more
Eden Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center.
Yes, you stop by the front desk of the department you're visiting to write your name down and get a sticker.
