Amazing service! The only plumber I’ll call. They just fixed some incorrect plumbing that was causing backup issues behind our wall and we’re so respectful and cautious of not damaging the wall. They fixed the plumbing and it works awesome now! Rian was our repairman and he was so knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them do this work for us. Also on the more affordable side too! Not only did they show up on time, they called and were able to reach us earlier than planned. When you’re dealing with cold showers over the weekend, earlier is far better! Plumber Santiago with Petersen plumbing installed a hot water heater in a confined space. He was professional, industrious, and a pleasure to have in my home. He used improvisation, brute strength, and a huge smile. Peterson rates are competitive and their charges are fair.

The answer to this will vary from day to day, depending on the weather (freezing weather is NOT fun for plumbers!) and on our schedule on that particular day. We can usually get someone out that same day, or the next day, but the only way to know for sure is to call us and ask.
We do charge $65.00 for an estimate. But if you choose us to do the work, we will refund your paid bid fee on the final invoice of the job. Being a small family-owned company, we don’t have a full time estimator on our staff, so the plumber doing your estimate/bid is almost always going to be the plumber doing the work for you.
We do sell parts to the public, and we have many rare and hard-to-find parts as well! We usually have a knowledgeable parts person in the building, but it doesn't hurt to call ahead and make sure he hasn't stepped out for a minute.
