Always waiting for prescriptions. They’ve had non pharmacy staff working at pharmacy check out before. It’s been slow and dysfunctional for months now. Unfortunate situation, but still frustrating they still haven’t found solutions

I do not recommend filling prescriptions at this pharmacy. They are understaffed to the point of complete unreliability. I spent over an hour on hold on the phone to confirm that my medication is in stock and would be ready on Dec 23rd. However, when I arrived on Dec 23rd, the pharmacy was closed and I was unable to transfer my prescription. This is the 3rd time that I have experienced significant issues filling prescriptions at this location, and I do not intend to give them any business in the future despite the fact that their location is extremely convenient for me.

On the plus side, you can buy stamps in the drive-through. On the down side, it is July and they gave me a packet of Christmas stamps, which I discovered at home. Not exactly timely (not to mention the assumption that, religion-wise, these would be appropriate).

since this business became Walgreen's I have had endless problems getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I have been told that the Walgreen's automatic refill system is 'much more advanced than Rite Aid's' but I cannot get refills managed through their computer reminder system. It has been up to me to call for refills, call my physician's office for a prescription renewal, etc. I have discussed this problem with the pharmacy manager to no avail. I'm changing pharmacies.
