One of my two favorite Dunkin' locations. I usually plan my trip into town around grabbing my coffee first. Despite the staffing shortage, they are always friendly and efficient in trying to get people in and out as quickly (and accurately) as possible. If they have to close early there is always a sign posted long before the closing time and clearly posted for people to see. Sad when I can't get my coffee but it's understandable in light of the events of the last year and a half. I always see staff wearing gloves and masks which is also a comfort since they are handling food and beverages.

Zero quality control. Staff here could not care less. Was just told very rudely that they’re not serving hot sandwiches, after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Never coming back to this location unless it gets new management and staff.
