Positive: It was an okay hotel. Nice and clean though. The beds were very soft, and I had a hard time sleeping. Breakfast was good and the staff members were pleasant. Negative: Beds!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and good amount of our team stayed her for the weekend. We checked in midday on Friday. Maurice checked us in he was very professional and extremely pleasant. We had a minor problem with our room, it was taken care of immediately. Bob, the shuttle driver was very helpful too. He gave us lots of information about the town and things to do. The breakfast was good. Kyle(breakfast bar), did a fantastic job keeping all the food replenished and hot for our large group. She also helped with provisions for our team dinner on Saturday night. Overall the staff was very nice, rooms and property were clean. Thanks to ALL for making our stay a positive one!!

Super convenient if staying over with small pets or horses at Cornell. Less than 5 minutes away, great breakfast, super friendly staff, dog friendly. Attached to a small shopping plaza and walking distance to good Chinese and BK. Keeps you out of the college traffic.

We've been using this hotel for a year now on a pretty regular basis. We began as guests because of our dog being admitted into the very close by Cornell Animal Hospial. There have been many emergency, last minute stays and each and every time the staff has been wonderful no matter when we arrive. Originally, Terry the Manager, whom has since retired, always made sure we were well taken care of and made sure we had what we needed. My family was and continues to be grateful for the thoughtful attention to detail and making sure we feel as comfortable as we could possibly be while dealing with stressful circumstances while being away from the comforts of home. Stephanie is amazing at the front desk. She's cheerful and genuinely interested in how we are and more importantly how our animals are. It goes a long way, her kindness and the kindness of the entire staff. You may read this and think we are crazy, but this hotel has become a home away from home for us. We've always had a fridge, micro to help make our extended stays more comfortable and my wife works from the room without issue. The plaza is convenient for grabbing anything you need that they can't provide. It's quiet. Breakfast has a lot of options. The pool was great in the warmer weather. The staff remember you and they care. The fireplace rooms are so wonderful and really help melt some of the stress away. We would never consider any other hotel in the area. We have recommended them to many others looking to take a trip to Ithaca for any reason.
