I can’t remember if I have ever received fresh fries since I being going at this location. Almost 5 bucks for old fries is not cool.

Staff is always rude & they often don’t have things other McDonald’s do. My simple order of a cheeseburger had an absolutely burnt- burnt like black bun & the sweet tea I ordered was incorrect by giving me unsweet tea. It wasn’t even worth spending another 20 minutes in that drive thru line to get it fixed. I’d cut some slack if these were teenagers working with the possibility of it being their first job but through the window I could just see a bunch of middle aged bickering adults. Unfortunately there’s not another McDonald’s close.

We had breakfast here while visiting Cornell University. The order is through the kiosk, so make sure you enter everything you need, check it twice before submitting. The place is clean and pretty efficient.

Oof, what a miserable group of people. The location had absolutely no soda, only Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Fanta, Orange Juice, and Coffee. The workers are the most miserable group I've ever seen with an employee swearing as she pushed through and quit in the middle of a rush. The manager wouldn't look up from the register, shoved a receipt at me, which o didn't see as I am blind, then got snappy with me because I didn't take it. Then we got our food and had to stand for an additional 5 minutes for a sweet tea?? Some retraining really needs to happen here. Honestly, I don't blame the young lady who walked out, I wouldn't have been able to work in that environment either, BRAVO TO HER!
