This repair service does not deserve even one star. My technician (Canonchet S.) never fixed the problem the first time then didn't show up x3 days in a row. I work in multiple hospitality industries including restaurants and nursing homes. This sears repair service is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The technician running westerly and ashaway areas will lie and say he's been to your home and no oneanswered, he will not call prior to showing up/ not showing up and he will scam you just like he did me. I rightfully relieved my refund and do not recommend this service to anyone.

Mike was beyond exceptional, professional, prompt well within schedule service time, extremely knowledgeable, polite, excellent work ethic and ability to communicate issues, resolution which was clearly stated, felt 100% comfortable in his performance and reliability of repairs and overall safety of appliance performance moving forward.
